This is the third book of the Jewel Island series though it’s not a continuation–I read the second book of the series that spans on the lives of Clover. This third and possibly final book of the Jewel Island series is based on Skye, Clover’s sister. Skye and Jesse, who is a Canadian with a daughter Bea seemed to be having a No Strings Attached relationship. However, when Skye wanted to recreate a pudding parade in her hometown, Jesse comes over to help Skye with the arrangement but the feelings between each other seemed to be questionable.

I like Holly Martin’s writing style but the story was a bit predictable as I knew what is going to happen in the end. However it was enjoyable read and reading about food and ice cream made my mouth water! If you love romance novels that make you swoon, then this book will be for you!
